Export sales order

This feature allows you to create and update Sales Orders in Bling through commercial proposals created in the WBudget system.

Important note: To avoid duplicate data and unsynchronized records, it is recommended to first import item and customer information from Bling into WBudget before performing proposal synchronization.

Once you finish configuring your commercial proposal (mainly adding customer and item information), select, in the proposal creation/editing window, the Utilities tab > Actions and Events option. In this window, you have the option to Create/Update a sales order from the commercial proposal that you are creating/editing in WBudget.

When you select this option, you will be taken to a window to confirm the dates related to the sale, shipment, and forecast to be sent to Bling.

Finally, you will be asked to confirm the synchronization.

When you return to the Bling system, you will be able to confirm the information submission. It is always recommended to first import customer and product information before performing synchronization.
