How to install the WBudget - Bling (ERP) integration
Bling is an ERP solution that helps companies facilitate the issuance of invoices and payment slips, providing integrations with the main e-commerce platforms and marketplaces in the Brazilian market. Installing the integration with WBudget is very simple, as the process is automated and based on the open API provided by Bling.
1) Access the Settings > Integrations option in the main WBudget menu
Important note: in the WBudget - Bling integration help article series, we use a completely clean Nickel plan account. In this free subscription mode, the WBudget system user (subscriber of Gold or Diamond plans) can synchronize data between the two systems without limitations. However, if you are a Diamond plan subscriber and want a better multi-user experience, we suggest having a Bling subscription starting from the Chrome plan.
Scroll down until you find the Bling option on the WBudget integrations installation screen and then click install.

2) Enter your Bling account authentication data
Once you click install, a popup window will open requesting the authentication data for your Bling account.

Once the data is confirmed, you will be directed to a confirmation screen for the data to be synchronized between the two systems.

Once the integration is authorized, the success message is displayed immediately after.

After completing the installation, we recommend restarting WBudget (through the System > Restart option in the main menu) so that the action buttons related to the integration are available.
3) What now? How to work with the integration?
Once the integration is installed, you can import information from customers and products and services saved in your Bling account and you can create/edit sales orders in Bling from proposals issued in WBudget.
